As Head of Brand and Design, I partnered closely with the Project Management team and academic stakeholders to deliver all creative assets for the GBS Malta Graduation Ceremony. From concept development through to final execution, I led the creative direction across all digital and print touchpoints for the event.
The project was delivered entirely remotely, working with designers based in India and coordinating with local vendors and venue partners in Malta. I guided the creative team to ensure every asset was on-brand, cohesive, and compliant with venue requirements and production specifications, while meeting the expectations of academic leadership.
Operating under tight timelines and high stakeholder visibility, this project demanded precision, adaptability, and clear cross-regional communication. The result was a polished, unified graduation experience that reflected the institution’s brand values while celebrating a key milestone for students and faculty.
GBS Malta Graduation 2025
GBS Dubai Graduation 2025
As Head of Brand and Design, I worked closely with the Project Management team and academic stakeholders to deliver all creative outputs for GBS Dubai’s first-ever Graduation Ceremony in 2025. From initial concept pitching through to final delivery, I owned the creative direction and execution of every digital and print asset for the event.
I led a team of designers based in India, coordinating remotely to produce artwork across multiple touch-points, while working in parallel with vendors and venue partners in Dubai. Throughout the process, I ensured all materials were fully aligned with brand guidelines, academic expectations, and strict venue and vendor specifications.
With tight deadlines, rapid turnaround times, and cross-regional collaboration, the project required clear communication, strong leadership, and meticulous attention to detail—leaving very little room for error. The result was a cohesive, high-impact graduation experience that upheld brand integrity while celebrating a milestone moment for students and faculty alike.
As Head of Brand and Design, I led the creative delivery for the largest graduation ceremony in GBS UK’s history, hosted at one of the country’s most iconic venues, Wembley Stadium.
This high-profile event represented a major milestone for the institution and required a level of scale, precision, and coordination unlike any previous ceremony.
Working closely with the Project Management team and academic stakeholders, I oversaw the creative direction and production of all digital and print assets across the event. Although we had a six-month planning window, the volume and complexity of work, combined with strict venue regulations and compliance requirements, meant delivery needed to be carefully phased, reviewed, and executed with absolute accuracy.
The project involved close coordination with multiple teams, vendors, and venue partners, ensuring all creative outputs met brand guidelines while adhering to Wembley Stadium’s rigorous specifications.
This experience highlights my ability to manage large-scale, highly regulated experiential projects, balancing creative ambition with operational and compliance demands to deliver a cohesive, impactful graduation experience at national scale.
GBS UK Graduation 2025
Campus opening 2025
I led the creative delivery for the GBS Malta campus opening, working remotely to ensure all creative assets were executed with precision and care. I collaborated closely with the Project Management team, academic stakeholders, and local partners to deliver a cohesive and on-brand launch experience.
From concept development through to final execution, I oversaw the creation of all digital and print materials, ensuring strict adherence to brand guidelines, as well as the technical specifications and requirements of the campus venue. Clear communication and detailed coordination were essential to maintain quality and consistency across every touchpoint.
This project highlights my ability to lead experiential branding initiatives remotely, balancing creative vision with operational accuracy to deliver a polished campus launch that reinforced brand presence and supported organisational growth.
